  1. Proof of Results
    Before a refund can be approved, we ask that you provide clear before-and-after photos of your restoration attempt. This helps us understand your experience and ensure the guarantee is used fairly.
  2. Contact Support First
    Reach out to our support team at support@chronoshine.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll provide next steps and confirm the correct return address (as this may differ from our main business address).
  3. Return Shipping
    All items must be returned at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.
  4. Condition of Returned Items
    The kit must be returned complete, with all components included and in reasonable condition. Used items are accepted — we understand you’ll have tested the kit — but excessive damage or missing components may void the guarantee.
  5. Refund Timeline
    Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Warranty Coverage

All CHRONO SHINE kits come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects on the rotary tool and any included components.

What’s covered:

  • Mechanical or electrical faults in the rotary tool
  • Faulty or missing components in your kit

What’s not covered:

  • Damage from misuse, incorrect application, or normal wear and tear
  • Consumables such as buffing pads, cloths, or polishing compound
