At Chrono Shine, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free — wherever you are in the world.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, dispatch times may be delayed slightly, but we’ll keep you updated by email.

Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days via Royal Mail (24-hour express available at checkout).
  • International Orders: Typically 7–14 business days depending on location and courier availability. Some regions may take longer.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and service selected.
  • Occasionally we run free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the website.

Customs & Duties

  • Most of our international parcels are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked services.
    These are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means any local import taxes or customs handling fees are determined by your country’s customs office.
  • For the majority of orders, especially lower-value items, no additional charges are applied and delivery proceeds as normal.
    However, in some cases—depending on your country’s rules and the parcel value—a small import VAT or handling fee may be requested on delivery.
  • We’re actively working towards offering fully tax-inclusive (DDP) shipping for selected regions in the future so that all duties and VAT are covered upfront.

Returned Parcels & Re-Shipping

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

• An incomplete or incorrect delivery address provided at checkout
• Failed delivery attempts or non-collection from the local carrier
• Unpaid local customs duties, taxes, or handling fees

We will contact you to confirm the correct delivery details.

Once confirmed, the order can be re-dispatched.

Please note that where a return occurs due to incorrect address information, non-collection, or unpaid customs charges, a re-shipping fee will apply to cover the carrier costs of sending the parcel again.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • While rare, if your order is lost or delayed beyond reasonable delivery times, please contact us at support@chronoshine.com and we’ll investigate immediately.
  • For confirmed lost parcels, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
