When used as shown in the tutorials, it’s completely safe: all tools are purpose-designed for watches, and protective heat tape is included to shield delicate areas. Please note that very thinly gold-plated watches are not recommended, as any polishing process can reduce the plating and may reveal the underlying base metal if the colour is not uniform. If you’re unsure whether your watch is solid or plated, we recommend checking before use or contacting us for guidance.

UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days. International deliveries typically take 7–14 business days depending on location. Full tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched. We offer free worldwide shipping. Where possible, we also pay any import duties and taxes upfront so you’re not charged on delivery, with these included in the price at checkout.
